I love Peter the most not only because he's the main character, everything he does keeps on being more interesting. But I wish he has more badass smartness,ass kicking, and tactics etc in his personality. The dynamics between Peter and Stewie needs be completely epic and groundbreaking.

A "breakout character" refers to one that started off as a secondary character, but fans liked them so much that the writers make them a main character. But Peter has always been the main character of the show. If anything I'd say Stewie is the breakout character.
