Should Family Guy revitalize itself?

I think Family Guy should do current events to stay up-to-date.

Nah. That's not the show. South Park obviously has that already going. I still love FG and see no reason for changing it. The goofy storylines suit it's brand of comedy

South Park is awful now with their season looooooong story arc that's boring as hell.

To me the SP season long arc is insufferable. I don't like Star Wars so it misses there and the dumb member berries bit and just about everything this season is bad, imo.

I miss the standalone episodes because I will usually just watch an episode here and there whenever I catch one. It's not appointment television where I can't wait for the next episode. I like 20 funny minutes and then move on.

Even though Family Guy is very hit or miss, at least they don't drag out a single unfunny bit for 10 episodes in a row. imo

Just be glad that both shows are not the simpsons yet.
