Didn't John goodman lose a lot if weight? So this joke Doesn't work anymore. Or did he gain it back?

He's lost weight at various times and regained it somewhat. He's never been "skinny" though.

Take fat jokes for what they are. If it's your cup of tea, you'll like this, but the two horses for walking lost me.

Overall, another headscratcher of an episode. I did like them teasing us it would be a Lois episode only to (thankfully) not go down that path.

That was a dark episode revolving around Stewie not getting vaccinated.

I always loved the darkest episodes of Family Guy.
