Double feature seasons 16 and 17
Family guy needs to do 10 episodes of 2 seasons next year.

Why?
Don't they currently do 20+ episodes in one season? So a 10 episode season would be the same thing, if not less.
I was just saying that Seth needs to step up his game.

No, you said they should have 10 [presumably hour long] episodes a season for the next two seasons. That means only 20 episodes a season which as Final said, is fewer than they usually produce so, you want Seth to step up his game by producing fewer episodes a season.
How is that going to improve the series?
He can do the same thing like South park did. Serializing the character plots and storylines.

From what I read on the SP board, the new season story arcs haven't exactly been met with universal enthusiasm. I'd prefer FG to avoid that route although more hour long story driven plotlines like And Then There Were Fewer or Road to the North Pole would be nice but I can't see it happening acros a whole season.
After 15 seasons of almost exclusively 20/22 minute stories, trying to stretch one plot out to basically a 6+ hour movie isn't going to happen.
At least southpark is staying on point with their storylines. I love Family guy but they need something new.

Seth needs a new generation of writers because it's long overdue and the fans know what they want to catch up with South park.

And catch up how, in viewership numbers? FG has more.
In awards? True, SP has FG hopelessly outnumbered in 'Outstanding Animated Program' Emmys but FG does technically have more Emmy wins, just not in the major category.
