Need help with quote please!

My roommates and I can't remember exactly what happens but in a cutaway, someone (we think it might be a bird) is like "Alright, alright. Everyone settle down." When he says it, he is super calm and smirky haha. We think people around them might be laughing obnoxiously or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have anything more, specific to go off of?

I did think of few last night.
One is from And Then There Were Fewer with Stephanie saying she's starving & Glenn telling her to settle down, another is from Boys Do Cry with Chris saying "settle down Meg" while they're outside Bush's ranch, Peter says to Chris "settle down spaz" from Peter Griffin Husband Father Brother & the third [which I ended up looking up] is from Blue Harvest with Pignose telling Scott to settle down after Scott told his Coldth joke.
There also a similar one from It's a Trap with the Emperor/Carter telling everyone to calm the f down.
I think I can remember a similar scene & I don't think it involved regular characters, it could have even been animals, but I could just be imagining a scene because of the other previous 'settle down' moments.

What about "Prick Up your Ears"? Where Brian is antagonizing Stewie about the Tooth Fairy, and then starts shaking him. Then Chris walks in, shakes him and says "Calm Down, everything's gonna be all right". And then slaps him.

And then Quagmire comes in, and slaps him.

Followed by a long list of people who all are going to slap him.

I appreciate the help! Sadly, these aren't what I'm thinking of. It's definitely a cutaway of some sort, it may be an animal or it may not be. I know it seems like a stupid thing to want to find out but we have it stuck in our heads and it's driving us nuts!

I think it's from the episode "Killer Queen" and it's a cutaway with Jeff Ross 'roasting' a duck.
