In terms of just character progression, should she go back for the makeover and in college be something more of somebody who is not made fun of? Curious what you think.
I know, there are still jokes that we haven't done that thrash on Meg, so maybe get another season in... but maybe eventually?

They did do an episode where she got a "hot makeover", but then the whole family just became pop stars. Maybe they could do something like that again but this time use it at her school. Or maybe bring back the whole thing a couple episodes back where she got "punched hot".

No. Meg being ugly and disgusting is the bulk of her character.
Even when she had her makeover, she was still less attractive than the characters who are established as being pretty (Lois, Connie, Jillian, Bonnie, etc.).
