Fanfic trilogy :Chaotic Yaoi

Meg and her friends create separate anime fanfiction novels that involves Peter, Cleveland, Quagmire and Joe which causes new problems between the four girls and their families. Meanwhile Peter and the guys find out this and they start questioning their relationships which starts exploring in different directions. Later Lois has a secret life of being an Otaku and reveal of having dreams of Peter and the guys. It's way too mature even for the audience to see that the people from the fox network are pissed and want to destroy quahog. Stewie and Brian threatened the fcc to get the image of muhammad the prophet of the Muslim fate uncensored on family guy or they will blow up hollywood.

Why would writing four different fan fiction novels about Peter, Glenn, Joe & Cleveland cause problems among Meg, Patty, Ruth & Esther & their separate families? Why would, for example, Ruth's parents care about a fan fiction about Glenn? What kind of fan fiction, erotic, sci-fi, fantasy?
Meanwhile Peter and the guys find out this and they start questioning their relationships which starts exploring in different directions.
Needs more detail. Why would they question their relationships? Why would finding out, for instance, Meg wrote a story involving Cleveland make him question his relationship & to whom... relationships with the other guys? ... to his wife & children?
Later Lois has a secret life of being an Otaku and reveal of having dreams of Peter and the guys.
Um, okay, I see nothing wrong with it being revealed she has a secret obsession with anime, I assume that's what you mean, but... so what? Where does it go from there?
It's way too mature even for the audience to see that the people from the fox network are pissed and want to destroy quahog.
That doesn't make sense.
If you're placing this in the 'real world' of Quahog w/ FOX being a network that exists in Quahog, why would a network care about the content, racy or not, of fan fiction enough to destroy a town? It has nothing to do with FOX network.
Stewie and Brian threatened the FCC to get the image of Muhammad the prophet of the Muslim faith uncensored on family guy or they will blow up Hollywood.
Again with blowing up Hollywood.
Again, how are you selling this story, Are Brian & Stewie actors on this 'real' TV show Family Guy where they actually have interaction with the FCC or FOX's Standards and Practices? or are they citizens of Quahog that simply want their FOX station to have an uncensored Muhammad? If their mere Quahog citizens and they wrote a letter demanding Family Guy show Muhammad, they'd simply be ignored even with a threat. Actually they'd be turned over to homeland security as domestic terrorists.

Because it will create better controversy so the fans can finally get their long overdue wish of seeing Muhammad uncensored. Plus Lois' anime fantasy is completely explicit.

I reject the notion Family Guy fans have been clamoring to see Muhammad uncensored... besides, he's already been seen uncensored in South Park's Super Best Friends & in SP's intro for years.
Besides, even if Seth wanted to & added it to an episode, which he's on record saying it's just a pointless thing to do considering how much it would 'poke the bear' so to speak, FOX standards would never show him so it would never happen.
Are you going to address my other questions?

1. To the guys.
That doesn't make sense then. There's no reason why finding out a third party wrote a story about you would change your relationship with your friends.
2. Stewie and Brian plan to threaten the fox networking to release the image.
Then they'll be arrested for domestic terrorism & sent to GITMO. What a fun episode.
3 . it's supposed to flesh out the characters diversities.
What is?
