Joe being bad at small talk

One of the best running jokes throughout the series. Can't remember what season but one of them had several episodes back to back that had scenes of Joe saying awkward things to the group. I think they even called him on it and he went to small talk lessons. Didn't work.

I think it was seasons 7-12.

Joe has become a lot more pitiful in general in the more recent seasons.
