He plays Mayor West in the show
Personally I really like the Batman show that ran 1966-1968 with 120 episodes and a movie and I thought West was good in it.
Does Mayor West appear a lot? I am not that familiar with Family guy
Mostly when he's needed.

I'd support a bit where Val Kilmer and George Clooney both get mocked for being the two worst versions of Batman.
