Continuity for Family Guy

The 15th season of "Family Guy" is all set to air in September and the Griffin family will be returning with their odd adventures and unexpected turns of events. However, fans might be shocked to learn that Season 15 may be the last season of the long-running animated series. There are rumors where supposedly Family Guy Season 15 Could Be Its Last but Seth MacFarlane will be focusing on his new show, and wants to put the Griffins to rest but it is not necessary that the series ends even, but it?s still a good show, and it?s impossible to deny its influence on comedy. We want Family Guy can follow the path of The Simpsons. We know that we should go ahead and always follow and forever, far beyond its former glory, with no clear end in sight. But now it has come to light that the next season of the series - Season 15 - might be his last. Family Guy?s creator/star/everything else Seth MacFarlane has said on a number of occasions that he wants to end the show and focus on other projects. Even before ending the show, he?s been doing that anyway. He?s taken time out to direct Ted, its sequel, and A Million Ways to Die in the West. But those are films. Once they?re made, they?re made, and he?s free to go back to voicing Peter, Stewie, Brian, Quagmire, Tom Tucker, Bill Clinton, Jesus, and whoever else. However, MacFarlane?s about to start work on his new show ? not another cartoon about a family of Griffin clones, but a live-action hour-long comedy-drama set in space (does anyone besides me really want to see this, though?) ? and that could consume anywhere between one year and ten years of his life, depending on its success. Given that MacFarlane got the show made by cashing in a favour from Fox for all the revenue he?s generated for them over the years, even if it?s a bomb, they?ll throw him a bone by renewing his passion project for at least a second season. What MacFarlane wants is to make a Family Guy #Film (rumoured to be a musical) and then call it quits. Fox have given the film the go-ahead ? a no-brainer given the boatload it?ll make ? so now all that?s left is to work around the show?s schedule and decide if they do actually want to end the show but we want the series to continue further. Fans are invested in these characters and their stories. They?ve committed to spending over a hundred hours with them, and we need to continue longer and personally, I don?t want Family Guy to end. It?s still funny, the characters are all still the same, and enjoy spending time with them. The writers don?t have time to think about the ending. They?ve just been writing another season of the show, ending with another season finale, and then simply never coming back. There is news like blasting news, movie news guide and even International Business Times are assuming that 15 is the last season not knowing for sure because it is a rumor that has been and say it is the last season and the hugely popular series will bow out of televisión. And to avoid that next season could be the last adventure of the Griffin is necessary that Fox gives you more opportunity to Seth MacFarlane still perform its series and can look forward to the coming seasons 16 and 17 respectively and making the series last with The Simpsons and bob's Burgers more time and hopefully be successful series onwards.

Good lord, if you're going to copy and paste something without a link to the source fine, but at least put sentence breaks & paragraphs in it.
Here's part of it, I don't remember if it's the original but it clearly uses parts of it or the one you posted uses parts of this one.

There is no reason to believe Season 15 is the last just because he has a new show he's working on. He was able to have hands in Cosmos, Blunt Talk, Dads & Bordertown. He starred in & directed three movies & has created a well established music career & he managed to do Family Guy.

I think people have a misunderstanding just how much time he puts into FG. While I'm sure he's involved but recording voices takes no time at all and he's not the showrunner so I doubt he's sitting in the Family Guy offices 9 to 5 five days a week.
It's funny when people write 'he wants to end the show', realistically if he truly wanted to end the show, he would.

My fault. I was just helping the legacy of FG to stay alive to stand out some more.

You were trying to help FG "stay alive" by posting an unsourced blog post that spread false rumors Season 15 could be the last?
Yeah ... maybe FG doesn't need that kind of 'help'.

reply

It was a link to a petition to keep FG alive.

No it wasn't because you didn't include a link to anything plus nothing in that text block mentions a petition.
plus there's no reason to 'keep Family Guy alive' since there's literally nothing, other than some blogger creating rumors, to suggest it's ending.

Sorry about that

The OP is an attention seeking troll who has nothing else to do all day but post on imdb boards about things that aren't even true or interesting. Just ignore him.

I disagree I don't think check's a troll at least not what I remember as a Family Guy board troll. I remember when you would literally see 50 threads a day of troll posts, I'll try to refrain from saying 'back in my day'.

Now saying that, when they were posting 10 to 15 threads at a time I thought it had the hint of trolling but to their credit, when asked they did stop.
This board is fairly inactive & you have to admit, check's posts do at least keep some conversations going even if some of them appear to be nonsense when scrutinized, but a couple have been decent ideas for episodes.

Also to be honest, here it is Sunday afternoon [for me 11:30ish] so you can't really say they post 'all day' when check's only posted once since Thursday - now granted maybe they have a sock account & have been going to town for the last 48 hours, I couldn't say.
