They were in a bowling Alley and Peter looks under where the balls go and sees Judd Hirch working on a Rocket. What was that scene about?

Later on in the episode the rocket was used by the Keebler elves on The Rice Crispy dudes..'I think they killed Pop cuz The other two were at the bar talking about it
