Do people not realize that Brian is a dog?

An actual dog----a canine. Do people not realize there's a thing that's disturbing and it's called bestiality?
Even though it's a cartoon and this particular dog can drive a car, talk, eat with a knife and fork and hold down a job----why make him have sex with women, actual human women>? This is requested by Seth Macfarlene and I have only one question for him:

Based on family guy alone, is Seth Mac actually stating that bestiality should be a practice that involves only women on top of animal?

Without doing research, I recall only two women [& James Woods] specifically mentioning Brian being a dog, Marge Simpson and Tori from Brokeback Swanson.
So yes, people evidently know he's a dog, as evidenced by their shock when he drank from the park fountain & his being scratched & pet like a dog by Lois, Joe & the disabled kid, but because he's human in every way he's generally looked at as a human.

It is kind of silly that Brian dates human women. He needs to go back to dating dogs.

He's basically the personification of Seth himself.

And hang out and be friends with dogs.

Do people not realize Roger from American Dad is an alien wearing disguises? Both characters appear to be metaphors for single young men living in a society that values traditional family life, hence the fact that they are not seen as fully human by the people around them. It's like the cavemen from GEICO commercials: they live in modern times, but still face prejudice.

Shouldn't Dylan be a half human/dog?

Whose to say he isn't? For all we know he has a tail.

reply

We haven't seen it.

I agree. I miss when Brian was 50% dog and 50% human. Now he is 100% human and that makes him boring.

reply

Oh, he still has doggy moments.

What post are you agreeing with ? You can't be agreeing with yourself that we haven't seen Dylan's hypothetical tail cause that would be crazy, plus what does Brian being boring have to do with Dylan's unseen dog characteristics?
