continuity goof not listed...also plot hole

in the next to final scene, with ribisi telling vin that the firm is going down, the back of his hair keeps going from unkempt to combed

also, whats the point of signing a sales slip that will never be filed as the firms trading will be immediately frozen?

your last comment is a MAJOR, almost movie ruining plat hole and i mentioned it above. he didn't even take the ticket back to the wire room. he did nothing......

We don't know that Harry gets his money back, so it's not a plot hole. In fact, I think the intention is to show that while Seth had good, but naive, intentions, Harry loses everything and is a real victim.

At worst, it would be a character error instead of a plot hole, but I don't even think it's that.

That's the part I never got, with this movie. Michael advises Seth, that Harry can't sell the Medpatent iPo for at least 6months, but Seth also knows the FBI is about to seize everything!! There's no way Harry would've been reimbursed....poor Harry!! He wasn't a whale...

Quoting from another thread:

But what Seth does is he puts in an immediate sell order on the Met stock that will let Harry get his money out of the stock.

This is why he gets Chris to sign the slip, since Chris wasn't in the room when Michael said Harry had to wait 6 months. Seth was ignoring that order, and Greg would have never signed it. We didn't need to see him give the slip to the woman at the computer, we can assume he did it, and Harry got his money back.

\o/ STEVE HOLT!

Plus Harry wasn't Seth's 40th account that Greg took from him. It was some other person but he tells Michael that Harry is the whale and it was Greg's account.
