Hello,
I saw that some sites say this movie is rated PG and others say it's rated PG-13. Well, I know it was censored, but are two different DVDs out there? Or is the DVD rated PG-13 and the censored movie which got into the cinemas rated PG? Well, I just want to know: Is my german (92 minutes) DVD censored or not?
Some people don't bother to add the "13" part and movies also get different ratings in different countries but the film itself is all the same.
shareActually, this movie was edited slightly to get a PG-rating in the US. I think this was done DURING filming, though, so these edits appeared worldwide. Nothing major, just stuff like;
"In the original script and in early cuts of the movie, a scene was featured when Osmosis and Drix go to the Gonad's Gym. It involved them talking to the "exercising" sperm cells. In order to stay family-oriented, the scene was cut from the final film, but may be on the DVD."
I don't think the PG-13 scenes are on any DVD.
