Ozzy is blue and a white blood cell like herself but the other female citizens were either blue or red. Can comebody please explain to me why she's purple? I like it alot but I want to know.

She was a hormone, they weren't. There were some pink male cells too.
Makes perfect sense; she was the Mayor's secretary and just as hormones control certain bodily functions she did too. Her last name was Estrogen afterall (:
