Here's something I just thought of, watching it again. Don't you think the Mayor reminds you of our last President, George W. Bush? Think about it: Both men are incompetents who allow an attack to occur and hurt us (or Frank). And when the Mayor doesn't understand where Leah is going, I'm thinking, "Yeah, Gov. Bush wouldn't understand that either."
