Similar 80s cartoon short?

I vaguely recall seeing a 10 minute cartoon short some years ago, perhaps back in the 80s, about white cells fighting bacteria. It started out with a fairly healthy looking man walking onto the screen, then opening his mouth and the camera zooming down his throat into his body where the battle took place between the white cells and the bad green bacteria. Except at the end, the bad bacteria won and the field was littered with dead white cells; the bad bacteria then raised a green flag in place of the white one on the battlefield. And the camera zoomed back out to find the man looking a LOT older and unhealthier, where he limped back offscreen with a cane. Anyone remember this or what the short was called? I only saw it once but it was still disturbing enough to have an impact on me, obviously.
