Has anyone talked about, what seems to be, a major flaw for PreCrime?
I mean, if the Pre-Cogs, that they had in the D.C. area, were "a miracle" how could they go nation-wide, much less, world-wide?
Seems you'd have to have more Pre-Cogs and they weren't falling off trees, right?

Did you notice the reported "national homicide rate" in that video? Did you also notice the types of crime mentioned in the video that are supposedly stopped by Pre-Crime, although Pre-Crime actually only deals with murder?
The "PreCrime promotional video" in the first 15 mins. of the movie literally begins, "Imagine a WORLD without murder". Granted, the next step was national, but to imagine a world without murder, you might have to go global.

He did this knowing he could just make more?My implication is that Lamar knows that if they treat, say, 100 mentally disabled children of "neuroin" drug addicts with certain "medications", then about three of them will result in successful pre-cogs; and now that the Pre-Crime system has proven its merit with the first three Pre-Cog "prototypes", he will have the necessary support and "justification" (especially when the oblivious populace votes "Yes" on the upcoming Pre-Crime Initiative Referendum) to mine the hospitals/orphanages/slums/etc. for more children (if necessary maybe even from abroad), of which a certain portion will be successfully turned into functional Pre-Cogs; all in the name of governmental control... eh, ahem, I mean, national safety.
