It's oddly listed twice as 2 different pieces in the Soundtrack Credits:
You're So Cool by Hans Zimmer and Gassenhauer by Carl Orff.

The latter is correct, translated from the German as Streetsong or even Popular Song, but is usually attributed to Orff's associate Gunild Keetman. The most noted use was as the main movie theme recurring throughout Terrence Malick's classic Badlands (1973), and later in Monster (2003). The late Tony Scott's masterpiece True Romance (1993), itself a tribute to Badlands by writer Quentin Tarantino, has Hans Zimmer's homage to Gassenhauer in 3 different pieces - You're So Cool (the most delightful derivative), Amid The Chaos Of The Day, and The Stars At Dawn.
