Wearing Socks Inside Out
Other than depicting Forrester's eccentricity was there any other point and/or symbolism to this act?
I just watched that scene. Forrester explained that socks are "badly designed" as they have the seams on the inside when they should be on the outside. He adds that some cultures believe it is good luck to wear something inside out (but won't admit if he believe that superstition himself). Hope that helps.
