Best Movie! Love the quotes!

Believe That! I love saying that. This movie along with a couple of other movies is 10/10 for sure no doubt. I've got the DVD and I've seen it at least 50 times. I used watch it before I went to uni while eating breakfast, before training and so forth. I haven't seen for a while but when I have nothing else to do and get it out as I do with a couple of movies and TV shows.

Give me any scene and I'll almost quote it word for word. I've memorize most of the movie. Believe That!

"They sent me in here. They said go in there and investigate, do what you do and find another super cop and ya'll super cop up as team as crack it down. And that's what I'm here to do."

Love the super cop scene.

"I can smell the methanol from up here man. Cut it out!" - lol
Definitely the funniest movie ever along with Rush Hour.

Hahah, yeah. its a good movie. love it. what about the scene where hes talking to the other officers in briefing. Right after hes controlling that RC car thats in the vent system. Then he starts talking about what hes gonna do in his part in the LAPD and he says he wants to "fight crime" and he does a bunch of fighting moves. lol That was a good one too. I always laugh at that one.

lol.. how bout when he tells luke wilson that hes a federali.. haha and the shootout with dave chappelle... oodles and noodles ! chicken or beef ! lol..

LOL! Or the part just before the FBI rushes in to back up Miles when hes with Jean LeFlure (the french dude) and Chappelle talks about how he "rips your lips off, kisses his ass with him, rips your tongue out, and licks his you-know-what with them". Now that was funny. Kind of disturbing i know but in a funny way.

haha. Yeah so true, I love the fight crime part, the federali part, the chicken or beef part and the Chappelle part near the end is funny too. When Martin says, "I mean that boy is bad, I mean his stone cold. I seen him rip somebody guts through their ass and their eyes fell out. Do the move that you do, the gut and eye move." The David, Tulley, just does the most stupid action, like you can rip somebody guts through their ass. lol

The reason I love this movie so much is because it a great story and the action and comedy goes on throughout the whole movie and it's always funny. The little things make me laugh. For example when Carlson and Miles first team up and go to the car and already Miles goes to the back door because his used to sitting in the back of a police car. But what really make me laugh is how Carlson drives. Just before the go out onto the road Carlson says to Miles, "Is there any predestrians walking around here, I am clear." And Miles says, "your clear," then Carlson again asks am I clear and Martion again says yeah your clear and there is absolutely no one on the footpath, but Luke is still tentative. It's like his so scared his going hit someone and he drives off so slowly. Watch the part and the way they say it and act and the fact that no predestrains are in sight will make you laugh. Luke Wilson is a crack up in his movie.

What when Carlson request for help at the store. And in the alley way where Tulley asks Miles, "Miles, What are you doing here man?" and they're like "Who's Miles?" Martin goes his high his hulucinating his been smokin and carlson confirms it by saying "His high." Non stop laughs that all I can say.

"Damn that, damn the jurisdiction." - Miles about crossing over into Mexico

And later "I love this juridiction, sh#$." hehe

Lol. Or when Miles is first working with his new partner and hes driving after checking out that bogus call with the car rims, he stops in the back of an old beat up car and says "Hey, move your busted ass vehicle! MOVE MOVE MOVE! This is the LAPD, we pop one in your ass, we got guns and *beep* Man that was hilarious. I was cracking up at that part the FIRST time i saw this movie. I'll probably use that line one day because I plan on being a cop myself.

Hey, Im like you!
I bought this movie and its my favourite movie
to watch right before I go to bed, and I leave it
in the background when i am doing assigments and stuff

My favorete moment (well one of them anyway) is with the machanic
"stop eating cold cuts, its seeping out through your pores"
"u like snacks... well you will be snacking at the bottom of my
shoe if this *beep* happens agian"

"nobody wants to go to jail in mexico, where they put all kinds of burritos in your ass" ROFLMAO

Nothing To Lose is another good one with Martin Lawrence. hes HILARIOUS! When he says to Nick, "This is fricken gun, don't you mess with a fricken gun!" or when he tells him "Oh please don't kill me freaky Jason!" lmao. Hes is funny as hell.

Luke Wilson: (with a serious and knowledgable look on his face) "He's high."

(Later when Luke is imitating Martin as to how he handled the hostage) "I gots to do this...belea (believe) 'dat!"

"Check the lock...it's open. I was just messin' with you. They would never, they would never do that!"

"I don't wanna leave it with Shamu over there."

"Last time I left a pizza here it magically disappeared"

"Alright (smacks stomach) Diaz!"

"First you were like...plippity plow, plippity plow, now your like VA-VOOM! And some Oprah sh*t! Its alright...I can adjust to a plus-sized woman." Then later..."can I buy you some cereal?"

When he does the karate type moves in the meeting he walks in on while following the R/C car around (where did his remote control and goggles go? I'll let it go because its you, Martin).

Its been forever and a day since I've seen this movie but its the one my buddies and I quote all the time.

Luke did a great job did this movie. That high part you mentioned is a perfect example. Non-stop laughs all over from Luke in this movie.

And the part saedward mentioned about Diaz when Martin lifts his belt up and smacks his belly is what acting is all about. The little things is what makes it really funny.

(Martin still has know idea what his talkin about and starts to walkout of the room, then a cop stops him and asks)

"Detective" - cop

'WHAT IS IT!' - Miles shouts

"I'd like to work with the P-40."-cop "Yeah, the P-40's good." -diaz

'P-40 IT IS!' - Miles yells (And everyone starts clapping and cheering, Martin facial expression just kills it and he start nodding his head)

"What the hell is he doing we just got those things" - Captain Penelli

'He's shapping things up around hear and that's exactly what we need.' - Cheif

The way the chief is so oblivious to what's going on is just plain funny.

Ahh you nailed some good ones there. I love how Luke Wilson says "He's high." And I love Diaz. Diaz is it? And then u hear Diaz say, "Wit a Z." I love in the beginning when his one boy spits down the elevator shaft type thing and says he does it for good luck and Martin Lawrence says, "it'll be bad luck if I land in it. Belea dat."

Me and my sister have seen this movie so many times over the years and now that were older and have our own lives we can go weeks sometimes without talking, but one of us will eventually text the other a line from this movie. And if were ever out together, the quotes will fly at some point for a little bit. This movie will never get old to me.

True how good is it to have it on in the background. I can't work without a TV in the background. Lol I love that part when he threatens Frank with his shoe. I've actually used on more than one occasion.

I've also got Nothing To Lose on DVD as well. My bro got it a couple of years back. Thanks for the recommendation jansenm. Now I've seen that a number of times. What crack up. Again his partner in crime Nick Bean or Beam, whatever is a crack up. I love when Martin character starts yelling "Nick Beam," when they came up with the idea to rob his boss and Nick's gets excited and puts his arms in the air as if his some genius or hero. His actions just crack me up. Especially when he scares Martin in the desert by twitching his head and Martin pisses his pants and says, "Ohhh, your not one of those desert freaky slasher or somes#$%. Your gonna kill me and leave out here..." I can't remember it all but its a crack up. What about the diana scence when Martin tells him if it was his wife he would gone all terminator on her and the guys a%s. Along with National Security these are probably his best three movies.

Oh yeah, I like Blue streak the movie.

Some scenes of the movie that I find funny are:

When Martin goes back to Janine and she says " you should have think about that before you started robbing people" and he says" Janine, I never robbed you!". Man I thought it was funny and the way he said it.

Of course there are tons more.

My fav is when Martin is asked (by another cop) how long he has 'been in robbery'. 'All my life' he replies.
