About the last scene

Hi. I'm from Colombia (SA). I rented this film in VHS when I was 13 years old, and I enjoyed it very much. I bought the DVD but it does not come with any subtitle or closed caption, so I can't understand many lines of the script. Specially I can't fully understand the last scene. Would anyone help me by transcribing or explaining the last scene dialog?

If your referring to the scene with the coroner, he's on the telephone talking to someone about the blood in all the bodies being in their legs as if they died standing up. One of the corpses rises behind him and says his name "Arthur".

In an earlier scene Carla is talking to Denise saying something like "Anybody who knows, or even suspects, will be dealt with." The ending suggests Arthur is going to be killed because he's catching on to what really happened.
