I was watching it on some Canadian film festival website, and I recalled seeing the entire movie before, I just can't remember where. I know I didn't watch it on DVD or VHS or anything like that, it would have had to have been aired on TV, but where?

It first aired on A&E in the late-90s. I still have my tape of it.
