Typhus
Another thing I don't get is the Nazi's looking in the mouths of the supposedly typhus infected mother and daughter trio. Typhus is a bacterial disease that affects the skin mostly caused by lice Causes fever, nausea, but this seems to be a flaw in the movie on why the officers were checking the mouths of the prisoners.
