The prayer that the rabbi says during the hanging?

Hi. I want to ask if anybody knows the meaning of the prayer that the rabbi prays during the hanging of the four men that tried to escape. Thanks.

It's Kaddish, a prayer said (among other times) at funerals.

As said earlier, it is a particular form of "Kaddish", in this case the mourners kaddish, said specifically to comfort those who mourn, and remind them of Hashem's mercy, and to remember the dead.
