Yes that is the VH1 movie, it lists amy jo johnson as the actress and the rest of the cast.

There are likely bootleg copies out there.

This movie will not be released on DVD ever.If you find one it is a bootleg.The VHS is really really tough to find.Most are in the 50-75.00 range when they are offered.This is used.New i have not seen in a long time.

I've never seen an official DVD release. I stupidly ordered a copy on DVD online and, upon receiving it, discovered it was a bootleg. The seller couldn't even be arsed putting a cover on it.
