Not every cartoon can be adapted into a live-action film (YOGI BEAR, ALVIN & THE CHIPMUNKS). But I think PPG has the potential to be a really awesome live-action film, if it's done right.

A live-action Powerpuff Girls movie could be pretty fun like the Scooby-Doo movies or The Flintstones. The girls would be played by mostly unknown pre-teen actresses. Mojo Jojo would probably be CGI or an actor in an ape suit.

Professor Utonium - Matthew Broderick
Mayor - Peter Dinklage
Ms. Bellum - Elizabeth Banks
Narrator - Tom Kenny
HIM - Tim Curry
Mojo Jojo - Rainn Wilson (at least voice if CGI)
