Yes, I know in a perfect world all rapes should be reported and punished but this was the middle of nowhere, she was dealing with two psychopaths and the cops were not going to be in a hurry to deal with the offenders. In effect she signed her own death warrant. The best thing would have been to get away from that place, she could have met Lana later in Memphis or wherever. OK, the two perps would have got away with their crime but Brandon would still be alive (and the two other murder victims), that's the important thing.

In real life, Lana had broken up with Brandon after she broke up with him. And he reported the rape because Lana and Linda made him. He didn't want to report it.

Eheh, I couldn't figure that out either. :P

But, unless Ms. Twilight just did not understand what she was watching, she actually used the politically correct pronoun. In the gay community, referring to a transgender female as "he" is seen as a respectful thing to do.
