1. Since Shao Kahn took over earthrealm, it is safe to bet that the elder gods got involved, right?

2. Besides this being a dream sequence, is it possible that the "old hag" realizes that she is targeted for extermination (keep in mind that a shadow priest was following her), and that she will die if Raiden isn't reinstated as earthrealm protector; so she heads into outworld to save Raiden! Because it doesn't make a lick of sense why "old hag" returns in this episode, unless she's meant to play a much bigger role later on. I mean come on, the writers of the show could've just left the cave wall open; afterall, it would make more sense because Shao Kahn would want to lure them in. But the writers brought in the "old hag" not just to open the cave wall...

3. If all 9 victims (Reptile, Vorpax, Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, Siro, Taja, Kung Lao, Quan Chi's servant, and Kitana) joined forces, would it be enough to defeat the three shadow priests? I would've loved to see this, because this would be a great time for the goodies and baddies to work together.
