This is what I have:
1) Spooky Poo= Scooby Doo
2) Henry Sreever =Harry Potter
3) Scare your pants off= Goosebumps maybe??
4) Love Ducks = Teletubies
5) Mary Moo Cow = Barney
6) Bionic Bunny = superman
I remember 1 episode that was written by a viewer or something along that line; It "spoofed" South Park, Dexter's Laboratory and Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist. I always found it weird that a show aimed towards a very young audience, "spoofed" a show like South Park which is rated "mature".
You are right, Scare Your Pants Off is a take on Goosebumps without a doubt.
Oh and Dw's unicorns in "DW tricks the tooth fairy" are a spoof of My Little Pony most likely.
