Rick's Death

I'm re-watching the show from the beginning for the first time in years (usually skip the Annie ones, though this time I decided to watch them all). I always felt that, while they should have stuck with the original season 3 plans, they should have at least made an episode about Rick's last day. They could have easily done a flashback episode where it's the anniversary of Rick's death, or his birthday, and Molly and Jack remember Rick's final day. This could easily include the argument with Molly (if the argument with Molly during the dream sequence in Nightmare was in fact his last day), and even show Rick''s point of view of Bricriu causing the accident, with George the mechanic being included (from Destiny). It would have been easy to do too had it been written even with Cara De Liza gone, since Fi was a baby anyways.
