I nvr questioned this till rewatching now and Lance mentioned how he knew she been with someone else. Being female, I don't get how a mans mind works so unsure exactly what he meant by that.
But did make me curious to if Lance was her first and she later on moved onto Harper or was it the other way around and she wanted to save herself for Lance but picked Harper due to his cheating.

shareI actually found the full movie online. He does say that at the end of the movie. He says "I always knew there had been someone else but not you" …. or something like that to Harper.
