No, neither character is half white, but i'm sure you can find one white person in the background somewhere, just like you can MAYBE find one black person in My Best Friends Wedding or 4 weddings and a funeral or any other white movie.

Im white (still sickened by your ignorance) and i can ask you "is there any black people in this movie?" On over a 100,000 movies, when you got the time we will go over every movie and ask "is there any black people in thise movie?" but unfortanately we both dont have a whole yr to do that! What a ignorant ass question - white..... or black?

Also, there are white people in the store when Harper and Nia Long (forgot the name of her character) were shopping for the wedding gift, I think.. This is the scene where she discovers what Harper's book is really about...

There are 3 at the bachelor party, literally just watched it. They can be seen at the beginning when they all file through the door.

There was a white guy doing the electric slide at the reception. He was waaaaaay in the background when they first started the dance and his face was really red.

There are obviously white people in the background or as extras, but it makes since why there aren't a lot seen in the forefront. The movie is about close black friends getting together for a wedding. Not always but a lot of time people's closest friends are of the same race. The majority of people at the wedding were close friends and family. So its not surprising to not see many white people there. In my personal experience all the weddings I've been to had no white people or very few. So the movie is not too unrealistic like this post makes it seem.

Who cares?? Like there is a black person in every movie with an all white cast! I don't see any black people going on there boards and complaining about no black people in there movies. Just watch the movie and get over it.

Then I read all the serious responses where people were actually scouring the movie looking for white folks. Wow! Now that we've identified the white folks, what now?

If it'll make you feel better, there are no black folks in the majority of films being made today. It's like some kind of long Twilight Zone episode where black folk don't exist unless she's a really hot mixed black chick. Kinda scary if you ask me.
