Can I download the full version of this universally banned episode somewhere?
So far, I've only seen the infamous scene that caused some 600 Japanese children
to be hospialised...
Why is it banned?

there is a scene in the episode where Pikachu uses one of his lightning attaks to destroy a computer that has a virus in it. The computer explodes and during the explosion there are the colours red and blue flashing at such a speed (and the colours are really bright)that it caused over 700 children who watched it to have epleptic seizures. scary huh?
