Mewtwo would win hands down. :D Take notice of my scenario:

Superman: RAAWR, I AM FROM OUTER SPACE! WATCH MY ASTOUNDING DISGUISE! -puts on glasses-
Mewtwo: ...Pssh.
Superman: I know it's impossible to tell who I truly am, but VOILA! -takes glasses off again- I AM SUPERMAN! -heroic poses-
Mewtwo: ...-Psychic Pwnage-
Superman: ...x_x

I really, really don't like Superman. =/ I'm not trying to bash, really, I just think it's weird that glasses are an adequate disguise.

But really, Mewtwo would win. He's got Disable and Psychic and stuff! So what if Superman can fly, Mewtwo'd stop him dead in his tracks. Then beat him around a little bit. :D

Sorry to disappoint you but I think Superman wins, only magic or really really really really super human strenght hurts him, so unless Mewtwo has some kriptonits, he would loose!
