Do you think James is a nice person inside?

After seeing some of the episodes, such as "Sweet Baby James," and the like, I have seen that James does have a soft side and he cares for his Pokemon, such as Mime Jr. and Chimecho. Also, in the Orienteering competition, he gave his fruit to Ash and company. All this evidence leave me to one question, do you think James is sometimes too nice of a person to be part of an evil organization like Team Rocket?

I'm pretty sure Team Rocket are all good people inside. It's evident in a few of the movies that they have some sort of connection with Ash. They did help save his life twice. I honestly don't think they were all bad people and I think a lot of other fans agree.
