I just bought a iPod Shuffle and I can't get it to work.

The instructions stated that I need to charge it for 4 hours. I did that.

While it was charging I registered my ipod with Apple, prepared the music I wanted to import on my iPod... but................. When i try to sync the music, it just stops and gives me a message: that the disc I have (my name) could not be found and that the sync was cancelled.

It happens when I try to update my iPod.... It's the same updating window for 5 hours straight and nothing happened.

Please help me!!

Ask an Apple employee or an iPod owner about it.

He might have already disposed his iPod by now and bought Microsoft Zune instead

When my iPod was new, it took over 24 hours to charge up. Maybe even 36 hours. The other problems, Apple Customer Service should be able to help you with. They'd better, considering how expensive it was!
