I heard there was an episode where Eliza falls in love with a guy. Could someone please tell me what happens in it?

You mean Shane G? In season 5? Well if that is who you are talking about Eliza and Shane like like each other and in the end she finally gets her first kiss then he has to leave to go back to his music.
