I love the Matadi one, lol.
Debbie: 8 weeks in Matadi? Does that sound like a nature show to you? "This week, all Matadi, all the time! And next week, Matadi again, and we have more Matadi coming up!" Then immediately after, Marianne drives like a crazy person to catch the barge. I remember seeing that in an August 1998 promo for the show when it was new.
Me and my sister used to laugh at the one with the marmosets--this is the one where Nigel and Marianne are in the canopy above the tree.
The one where they're stranded in the desert is funny, but only because of Marianne losing her mind. "We're gonna make tears and collect them in this bowl!" *cackles insanely*
