I remember very clearly the episode The Horse of the invisible.
Scared me when i was...umm...11 or something.

Release this series on dvd, please...

I also remember that episode; it wasn't until a couple decades later that I rediscovered Carnacki in print.

Don't know where you are, but the series one region 1 DVD drops on September 1, 2009. Amazon is taking pre-orders now.

Preorders are now being taken for Set 2. British copy comes out first week in February, American copy last week in April.

Me too. I think I was a bit younger. I saw it something during the summer and I insisted on all the windows and the door from my room to the garage roof be closed and locked.....in August. Baked my âŝŝ but I didn't care.

I remember a series called Cribb about Sergeant Cribb which I think may have been an episode in this series. Cribb was a detective sergeant. He was small and always wore a derby hat. He also left anything dangerous or dirty to his constable who was a long suffering quiet bear of a man.

I don't know everything. Neither does anyone else

No, but good try; Cribb (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080208) was a standalone series from about a decade later. Cribb ran for two seasons, and aired in the US as part of the PBS Mystery! strand, whilst Rivals aired originally as part of Masterpiece Theatre, and later in syndication. (In the Washington, DC, market, it aired for years on Saturday afternoons and in late night on WTOP Channel 9.)
