Screwed up govt

Malcolm gets an award for "helping a lot of children of divorce" [even though A.D.D. is an invented "malady" so nothing wrong with kids to start with except the American Beauty].

Obviously they did no checking out OF the kids after the treatment as Vincent is anything but a happy camper and when he sees the injustice of the award in the paper he kills the doctor [Night always kills off his bad guys so we know up front what he is on about.

He also shows that the doc had no idea that his treatment was totally wrong as he had a great amount of trouble remembering Vincent from the other boys [of course all boys] so that don't say much for his "professionalism".
