Is the engagement ring that Anna Crowe sells to the couple in her store her own?

I sincerely doubt it. She really had trouble getting over her husband's death, she even walked around with his wedding ring. I don't think she would sell her own engagment ring.

No. At the end, immediately right when Malcolm realizes he is not wearing his wedding band, there is a shot of Anna's left hand wearing her wedding ring before the camera focuses on Malcolm's ringless left hand in the foreground.

Anna sold antiques -- the ring she sold the couple was an antique.
