Soundtrack...

I'm interesting to know what people thought of the very different coices in music that Lynch opted for in this film.

Badalamenti is a genius and I think the score is great, completely different from his jazzy "Blue Velvet," "Wild at Heart," and "Twin Peaks" soundtracks but just as effective with its elegant simplicity.

"Mr. Bond, you defy all my attempts to plan an amusing death for you."

This movie certainly had it all. All songs were rightfully choosen and fit perfectly with the scenes.

The "theme" song is so beutiful - By the way, who plays that song? (the one that plays many times thruought the movie, specially right in the middle when it shows the plantations).

The instrumental music is all composed by Angelo Badalamenti. The CD of the OST gives no musician credits at all, so unless someone out there has insider info, I am afraid they will remain unknown.
