sharenot at all like "normal" (if you can call it normal) Lynch movies. This was more of a normal normal movie, like other regular movies. It is very slow, but I recommend it for the nice place it takes you to.
(I've seen lots of Lynch and just don't care for him anymore - but this is completely not like his stuff)

Much more 'normal', like The Elephant Man, but still unmistakably Lynchian in texture. The opening shot is a very long take with unusual composition and movement. Stars, roads, looming industrial structures and other trademark Lynchian imagery feature aplenty, and there are hints of darkness beneath the rural beauty. Badalamenti delivers another great score, and there is plenty of weirdly timed humour. It won't disappoint Lynchophiles.
