Too much music!

I'm watching it right now. Great movie, but did they have to use SO much music each time they wanted to make their point? "Get off my back!" lol, o.k. I got it you can't ride him, he's just to "wild" for you. G's us.

reply

Yeah i reckon it was neccesary because they didn't have the horses talking... its bryan adams whats not to love?

reply

What's not to love? Crappy Bryan Adams music that's what.

The incidental music was tasteful and complimented what was happening on the screen, the vocal songs were blatantly obvious lyrically and hit the viewer over the head with the scenes themes.

reply

Agreed.

reply

What's not to love? Bryan Adams. All the way through... what a letdown.

reply

What would you have liked instead, dead air? Yeah that's REAL interesting..

Supermodels...spoiled stupid little stick figures mit poofy lips who sink only about zemselves.

reply

Seems allot of people would prefer dead air over Bryan Adams any day. Sweet silence.

"Get Off My Back" is my favorite song of the entire movie.

Anyway, in spite of loving the songs, I do understand why you found the songs annoying, since they came up on un-expected places. The only song I would have get rid off if would have been the reprise of "It's To You I Will Always Return"

I'd have to disagree. For me the music is one of the main things that made the movie so good.

reply

Agreed. Loved the music. Better than listening to galloping hooves.

reply

I wouldn't have mind "too much music" if the songs wouldn't be so bleh.

reply

Get Off My Back was my least favourite song, but I liked the rest. Lol
