shareFrom what I remembered, Shaggy and Scooby was scared, and they were running and they found him getting off his boat, and they Jacques, we are glad to see you, and he is like I am happy to see you, and then he chages into a werecat. And you answer to your other question no, from what I remember from the movie, Simone is Lena's boss, she menioned it early to the gang, when she realize, remember she didn't see Shaggy or Scooby when she met the other gang, that they have a dog, and her boss, she says her last name (her bosses') that she keeps cats, and Shaggy says that Scooby is great with cats.
