The Accident

I found it strange that a month after the accident happened, they were still investigating it, and didn’t know who caused it. In real life the police would show up to the scene, look at the debris on the ground and determine that the woman was in the wrong, since her car was on the wrong side of the road.

I’m not sure what else they would investigate. It happened on a forested road with no witnesses, and no cameras, and left 1 person dead and the other with No memory of it.

Maybe they were looking to create more drama, but it would only serve to make Jason feel guilty, because there were no mention of charges, and then they resolved uneventfully 5 minutes later with 1 line of dialogue.
