sharei was curious about this as well so i went to soundtrackinfo.com and found out that stanley clark wrote the original underscore for this film... which would include these songs...
he only has one song on the soundtrack, #18. "Swung On" - Stanley Clarke and Politix and that's not the one you're asking about i don't think (check on me this i'm not positive).
i don't think the underscore was ever released...
