Song from Maurice's first encounter with Jet

When Han is making his escape from the girl's apartment, immediately after posing as the delivery boy, he fights against Maurice and the gang. There's a specific instrumental song that plays during the fight scene, and it almost sounds like rap/techno mix.

I've looked all over the boards and have seen no mention of this song.
