How did Jenny die???
We know that Wilson's daughter Jenny was gonna call the cops and disclose plans of Terry Valentine. Then in a flashback we see Terry 'shaking' Jenny. Unless I missed it, how did she die? Did he hit or stab her?

He tried to stop her and banged her against the wall. She lost consciousness and Terry panicked. Avery and the bodyguard threw her in her car and drove the car off the road down into the canyon -- the car exploded and so the body was either thrown clear or burned. It was made to look like an accident.
shareEd tells Wilson that an autopsy revealed her neck was broken in the accident and the car burned up after she was dead, her inside. In flashback we see Valentine shaking her against a wall - whether or not his assault breaks her neck or if it's a head wound that did is left unclear, but there is a shot of Valentine with blood on his hands. He killed her accidentally, in a panic. She was pulling the same bluff with him as she did with Wilson, threatening to call the police to persuade him to stop his criminal activity. Only Valentine didn't know it was a bluff. Wilson sees these parallels and his own culpability in her death and doesn't kill Valentine. Valentine isn't a career criminal or a cold blooded murderer. I don't know how much satisfaction there would be for Wilson in killing Valentine once all the cards are face up.
